Pennsylvania & New Jersey
We are a local lodge of the Vasa Order of America, a Fraternal Society originally established for the benefit of Swedish immigrants a century ago, but now dedicated to preserving and sharing our Scandinavian culture and heritage.
Our Lodge was founded in 1985. We are celebrating our 25th year. We are a member of New Jersey District 6 of the Vasa Order Of America.
We meet at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Rt. 946, Moorestown, PA. on the third Sunday of each month at 2 PM (except August & December).
At our meetings, you will find an opportunity to socialize with fellow members of Scandinavian roots sharing common history and interests.
Our activities include promotion and participation in Scandinavian festivals, celebrations, parades and other events.
Membership is open to men and women over 14 years of age who would like to rediscover the traditions of their forefathers. If you do not wish to apply for membership at this time, but are interested in Nordic culture or heritage, you are most welcome at our open events.
